miHoYo just launched Genshin Impact 2.2, Into the Perilous Labyrinth of Fog, and players who only picked up the open-world JRPG recently now finally have a chance to get the Windsong Lyre.

Genshin Impact has several time-limited events, where exclusive items and Gadget items can be obtained. Such as the Windsong Lyre, which allows you to freely play music in-game. If you follow the right notes. There are several tunes you can play, here are some of the examples. The Windsong Lyre's comeback was announced by miHoYo during the latest developers' Q&A.

Ever since Genshin Impact 2.2, Marjorie in Mondstadt now sells items that were exclusively obtainable during past events. Right now, events are gone forever if you miss them. This is true in every Japanese-stylized free-to-play game, outside of Events reruns.

However, there still hasn't been a single Event rerun in Genshin Impact. It definitely feels like a waste seeing all the story, gameplay, and voice lines added in each Event are removed from the game every single time. However, it's likely done this way to prevent the game's size from increasing too much on Mobile.

Genshin Impact 2.2 - Where do you get the Windsong Lyre

You can now buy the Windsong Lyre from Marjorie. Simply teleport to Mondstadt and speak to her, as seen in the screenshot above. You need to pick the option "I'd like to get some special souvenirs, please". The Windsong Lyre is sold for 150000 Mora.

Genshin Impact is playable right now on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android. A Nintendo Switch version is currently in development too. Once you're done recording yourself playing some tunes on the Lyre, you could always send them to me on Twitter @A_iyane07.
