Now you might have seen a number of white-faced NPCs in the game. The most popular of all is White-faced Varre, who is actually one of the most important NPCs. While White-faced Varre will give you a number of annoying tasks for you to complete, once you do finish them, you will gain access to one of the secret areas in the game. While it is an optional area, it is very important because you can get tons of runes if you know the tricks.

How To Get White Mask In Elden Ring

This secret area is the Mohgwyn Dynasty. You can find White-faced Varre in the Rose Church in Liurnia of the Lakes South. Once you interact with him, he will give you an item that will allow you to do invasions. Do three invasions and come back to him to get another item. You then need to dip this item in maiden blood and then bring it back to him. After that, he will give you another item that will allow you to reach the Mohgwyn Dynasty.

Before you venture into the Mohgwyn Dynasty, do note that this is a very high leveled area. From the Mohgwyn Dynasty, you need to drop down and then head forward in the bloody swamps until you get raided by an NPC. Killing this NPC will get you the White mask. If you don't get it here, you need go towards the Northwest part of the map, where there are some blood chickens. Another NPC will spawn there, and you need to defeat that NPC. This NPC will definitely drop you the White Mask if the previous one didn't.
