How to Heal And Get Healing Packs in Far Cry 6
The Far Cry franchise has alternated a lot between healing packs and automatic healing. When it comes to Far Cry 6, the game features automatic healing as well, so you don't need to worry about farming for healing supplies while playing the game.
On top of that, there is an option to manually heal as well, if you are down too much on your health. If you are too low on health, you will automatically get a prompt to heal on the screen. You need to hold Triangle/ Z and the character will heal himself.
These healing packs cannot be obtained in any way and the only thing you can do to fill them is just wait. They regenerate over time, so it might take a bit for your healing pack stock to get replenished. You can see the number of healing packs you have at the bottom of the screen.
