Pokemon Snap was released just a few days ago, and it has already become one of the most popular games on the Nintendo Switch. The game was widely acclaimed by both fans and critics alike at launch.

The expansive world of Pokemon Snap has a lot for fans out there, and is filled with a plethora of things to do. There are many alternate routes players can take in the game, which adds a nice twist to exploring as well.

One of the issues players are facing is getting behind the waterfall in Pokemon Snap. For that, they need to move Liepard first. Once Liepard moves, players can get behind the waterfall. Here is all you need to know about it.

How to move Liepard and get behind the waterfall in Pokémon Snap

To be able to need Liepard, you will need to have certain items. You can either use  Illumina Orbs or the Melody device to move Liepard from the way and unlock the alternate route.

Unlocking the melody device is fairly easy. All you need to do is get both the Founja Jungle courses to Research Level 2. Once that's done, you will be able to get the melody device. After getting the melody device, all players need to do is press the R button and the melody will start playing.

If you wish to use Illumina Orbs instead, you need to throw one at Liepard and he will move. Some players have reported that this hasn't worked for them, so if that's the case then you need to use the melody device instead.

Once Liepard is out of the way, scan the question mark and the path behind the waterfall will open up for you to travel.
