The long anticipation is finally over. Mass Effect Legendary Edition is available today across all platforms, bringing the same old Mass Effect trilogy experience with a modern and polished look that suits better to this era’s cutting-edge gaming platforms.

As part of the remastered version’s loyalty to the original trilogy, the Legendary Edition supports the Mass Effect Face Codes feature, allowing players to import their original character builds from the older version of the game and use them in the latest edition.

How to Find Mass Effect Face Codes in the Original Trilogy

In order to find your old Mass Effect Face Codes, you will need to run the original version of the game, either it’s Mass Effect 1 or 2 or 3. While face codes in Mass Effect 2 and 3 are visible in the top left corner of the Squad Menu, things are a bit different for Mass Effect 1.

If you want to get your character code from the original Mass Effect 1, you will either need to install a third-party tool to generate the code or import the build into the original Mass Effect 2 and check out the code from the Squad Menu.

Once attempted to start your first run, you will find an option to reconstruct your profile. For this, you will need to enter a code that will regenerate your older build, but it will look a bit different.

As you may know, the character creation system in Mass Effect Legendary Edition features some brand new parameters, which cause your imported face to look a bit different. Hopefully, it would be pretty close to the older build and with some small changes, you can get what you exactly want.

Additionally, you can also check out some Mass Effect Face websites and use their pre-made codes to get a fresh look in Legendary Edition.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The game includes the remastered versions of all three Mass Effect titles from the original trilogy.
