How to remove attachments in Back 4 Blood?

If you have been playing Back 4 Blood for a while, you might be well aware of the unique weapon system the game has. In Back 4 Blood, attachments play a crucial role. While that’s true for most shooters out there, there is a slight catch out here.

There are tons of attachments available in Back 4 Blood. But, these attachments can’t be attached to any gun you feel like. Certain attachments are compatible with specific guns, so you can’t pair them as you feel like. However, if you pick up these attachments while holding the wrong gun, they get equipped to the gun, despite being unusable.

This is quite annoying and you might want to remove the attachment. That’s again a bit sloppy since you need to find another attachment to swap out with the current and there is no way to remove the current attachment. The community has raised its objections against this feature and it is expected that a fix will be rolled out pretty soon.
