The Expunge Styx Destiny 2 quest is your most recent task to accomplish in the Season of the Splicer. However, you might struggle a little bit with unlocking and completing the quest without help.

How to Unlock the Expunge Styx Destiny 2 Quest

First things first, you need to complete the weekly quest of the Season of the Splicer at the H.E.L.M. If you have been following these quests weekly, then you will only need to complete Path of the Splicer IV. Before that, make sure to get some ether by killing some enemies. Take Ethers to Splicer Gauntlet to create a key code, and then do an Override activity.

Having done all the above along with the Path of Splicer IV quest will unlock the Expunge Styx in Moon.

How to Complete the Expunge Styx Mission

Once you activated the mission, you will find yourself in a green labyrinth. This is, in fact, the path of Expunge Labyrinth that you have done before. However, if it seems unfamiliar to you, use this video to find the way out.

After completing the Labyrinth path you will find a shard at which you should shoot. This will spawn a key that you need to pick up and put inside a Vex connector in less than five seconds while nearby enemies will try to damage you.

You will need to activate five Vex Connectors using five different keys in total during the Expunge Styx mission. Before picking up the third and fourth key you will have to defeat two Nexus Guardians.

After activating the fourth key, you should beat Oppressive Mind as the final boss fight of the mission. The final key will be dropped during your fight with the Mind. Activate it and then kill the Mind to complete the quest.
