How To Watch - Genshin Impact Version 1.1 Stream

Here's how to watch the Genshin Impact Version 1.1 characters reveal official miHoYo Bilibili stream, happening on October 30 at 08:00 AM EDT.

miHoYo announced to Chinese players on October 28 a new Genshin Impact (PC, PS4, Mobile, soon on Switch, PS5) stream will be held on October 30, revealing the characters of the Version 1.1 update, here’s how to watch it. (Thanks Kurayami_11, Zeniiet).

Update: Be sure to check our summary of the stream here.

First off, imagine there’s a joke right here about how you could just google it. Jokes aside now, the Genshin Impact Version 1.1 official stream by miHoYo is happening on Bilibili (Link) at 0800 ET (Click here for a conversion table with other time zones). Needless to say, this is a stream for Chinese players first, and it will only be in Chinese. However, the Japanese Twitter account announced on October 30 that it will share the stream’s information. We’ll be sure to translate everything as soon as possible.

Genshin Impact Version 1.1, scheduled to launch on November 11, will add numerous improvements to the game. Moreover, Version 1.1 will make several characters appearing or mentioned in the game as obtainable. There’s a big hint on who it is on the key visual for the stream, with Zhongli and Childe. Needless to say, every YouTuber and their Paimon also already made videos about it for weeks now, when a handful of players of the private test for Version 1.1 broke the non disclosure agreement (and got banned needless to say). Another test is coming for Ver 1.2.

Personally speaking, I also recommend checking out the Twitch account of Sunmilk, one of the moderators on the Genshin Impact Discord server. She did a watch together for the previous stream, so she might do it for this one as well.
