Humble Indie Bundle 21 Celebrates 10 Years of Awesome Games
Humble Indie Bundle 21 includes Hotline Miami, Gato Roboto, Hypnospace Outlaw, Starbound, and more.
Ten years ago, the first Humble Indie Bundle launched, giving gamers a pay-what-you-want collection of great indie games. That first bundle included games like World of Goo and Gish. What was supposed to be an experiment quickly turned into a massive success. The company opened its own digital store and has even begun to branch out into publishing games. And the quality of the games on offer has only increased. For proof look no further than the Humble Indie Bundle 21. It includes some absolute bangers.
At the base level of Humble Indie Bundle 21 gamers get access to Hotline Miami, Beat Cop, and Dustforce DX. Hotline Miami is a bit of a throwback to old bundles. The game previously featured in Humble Indie Bundle 8. It’s one of the biggest indie hits of the last decade, so it makes total sense to include it here. The other two games look like great games in their own right, especially for a dollar.
If you up your payment to beat the average, you’ll unlock Moonlighter and Gato Roboto. Plus, there’s another mystery game being added to the pile in a week. As of this writing, the current average is just over $7.25, making it a relatively cheap tier to jump in on. Finally, if you pay $15 or more, you’ll unlock Hypnospace Outlaw and Starbound. For my money, Hypnospace is worth it on its own. Everything else is just pure gravy. Regardless, you’re getting a collection of great indie games and get to give back to charity in the process. It’s a win-win.
Humble Indie Bundle 21 is available on Humble Bundle’s site for the next two weeks. If you’re looking for a few games to try out, this collection is well worth a glance.
