Hyperdimension Neptunia Gets the Premium Treatment

This was hinted at near the end of the first English trailer for Hyperdimension Neptunia, but today NIS America confirmed that there will be a premium edition of the game when it is released in “about one month”. The premium box includes an art book (naturally), which contains concept art, sketches and final rendered in-game art. Also of interest is that the premium edition comes with the original Japanese box art (in the middle above). It isn’t often you get this treatment, folks, as North American box art tends to be horrendously boring.

I quoted it above, but it was mentioned in the press release that the title is “about one month” from release, even though we haven’t gotten a release date just yet. That means we could be playing in the world of Gamindustri in early February. Stay tuned, I’m willing to bet a solid release date isn’t too far away. Hit the break for a big version of the game’s box art.
