Did you recognize it yet? Of course it's the unforgettable prelude music of the Final Fantasy series which has populated its menus and cutscenes in different arrangements through the whole series.

Toyota actually isn't new to using video game music for the commercials of the Aqua. In the one you can see before, from last year, they used a piano cover of Hatsune Miku's song Senbonzakura.
