The more we approach the release date of Grand Theft Auto V, the more details keep popping up about the gameplay, even thanks to some sneaky sneaky livestreams that keep popping up around the internet as Rockstar plays whack-a-mole with them.

We already knew that in order to execute the replayable heist mission chains (that allow you to make millions of dollars in a short time), you need to hire different kinds of specialists to help, like hackers, gunners and drivers.

Those specialists can be experts or newbies, and they will demand a cut of the score depending on their experience. What we still didn't know is that you can actually level up the newbies by bringing them with you on multiple heists.

As shown by the tutorial text in two screenshots included at the bottom of the posts, the more you use the same specialists for your heists, the more their skills will improve, but their cut will not get bigger. This means that to maximize your profits you'll be able to start with inexperienced crew members and help them grow instead of starting with veteran ones.

That way, after a while, you'll have experienced companions to help you, but they will cost you a lot less. Quite convenient, isn't it?
