Indivisible Releasing in October After a Long Wait

Indivisible will be releasing for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Mac, and Linux in North America on October 8, 2019.

Lab Zero Games’ latest title, Indivisible, has been highly anticipated by many since its KickStarter and free prototype demo were released in 2015. Originally intended to release in early 2018, the game was delayed to early 2019 before slipping even further back into this year. Fortunately, Lab Zero Games and publisher 505 Games finally gave the PC, PS4, Xbox One, Mac, and Linux versions of Indivisible a solid North American release date today: October 8, 2019. To celebrate, a new gameplay trailer that you can watch below was released.

On October 8, both the physical and digital versions of Indivisible will come out in North America. Those of you in the rest of the world will have to wait until October 11 to get your hands on the full game. Those that do decide to pre-order the game on PC before that date will net themselves a pet tapir named Roti, some exclusive skins based on Valve’s games, and even a Portal companion cube. Unfortunately, if you wanted to play Indivisible on Nintendo Switch you will have to wait a bit longer. The October 8 release date only applies to PC, PS4, Xbox One, Mac, and Linux, with the Nintendo Switch version of Indivisible retaining a vague Fall 2019 window. Hopefully, its release will not be too far off.

If you have never heard of Indivisible, it is a sidescrolling RPG inspired by the likes of Valkyrie Profile and features an interesting battle system that blends elements of fighting games into traditional turn-based RPG fights. DualShockers has checked out and enjoyed Indivisible at several events, so it is definitely a game that should be on your radar if you are a fan of RPGs. The developers will also be showing off a new area of the game, Tai Krung City, at PAX and Gamescom later this month if you still want to see a bit more of the game before deciding to pick it up.

Some new screenshots were also released so you can see those below. Indivisible will finally come out for Linux, Mac, PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 8 and it can be pre-ordered on Amazon right now.
