inFAMOUS: Second Son Director Nate Fox is really happy to be working with Sony, that gives Sucker Punch a lot of creative freedom, as he explained during an interview by the folks at PlayStation Access.
Oh man, Sony’s great. I mean, they give us a lot of rope to just try out weird things. I think the best part about working at Sucker Punch is just exploring gameplay and following the fun, so I can’t imagine a better publisher really.
Fox also gave one more hint about the new powers that haven’t been officially announced yet, after mentioning how smoke is a melee oriented power, while neon is more sniper-like:
The other powers you get along the way have feeling different kind of playstyles.
Having already seen the other powers (and no, I won’t tell you here what they are), I can definitely confirm. They feel totally different. I won’t say more than that.
