NetherRealm Studios recently announced the next date that they will reveal a new character for their upcoming DC fighting game Injustice 2. According to the game’s website, the next character will be revealed this Thursday on March 2.

Currently, Injustice 2 boasts a roster of twenty different characters. Some of them include Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Gorilla Grodd, Swamp Thing, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Blue Beetle, Robin, and Deadshot. Cyborg was also recently revealed to be in the game just a few short days ago.

DC Entertainment also released a new trailer for the game this past week detailing the game’s story while also showing off some of its action sequences between fellow heroes. The trailer was titled as “Part 1” so it’s safe to assume we will get another part soon.

Kevin Conroy, the longtime voice of Batman in Batman: The Animated Series and the Batman Arkham game series (excluding Arkham Origins) also “formally” announced this past week that he will once again return to voice The Dark Knight. Many fans however noticed his iconic voice in previous trailers for the game, so this came as no surprise.

If you need your Injustice 2 fix with you on the go, be sure to stay tuned in the coming weeks for more word on the mobile version of the game which Ed Boon revealed on Twitter a few weeks back. While there’s no word on when the game will release or just what will be included in this version of the game, we should know more soon.
