Nintendo had a lot to show off at their E3 reveal today, and they saved their premiere fighting game as the final showcase to present. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was revealed, giving us a look into the many changes coming to the new title on December 7. Masahiro Sakurai was present for the Nintendo Treehouse Live stream at E3 where he showed off some new content and features for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, including three new Amiibo figurines to pair with the new characters making their debut into the series.

The new Amiibo figurines will be that of Metroid‘s Ridley, Splatoon‘s Inkling, and also Daisy, who has literally been in every Mario Party title and every other Nintendo mashup such as Mario Golf, Mario Kart, Mario Sluggers, Super Mario Strikers, Super Mario Land, and even the Super Mario Bros. 1993 film with Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo. The Ridley and Inkling Amiibos have been shown at Nintendo’s Treehouse Live E3 Event and can be seen below in the gallery, but a Daisy Amiibo for the new Super Smash Bros. title has yet to be shown, even though she has been present in more Nintendo games than nearly any other Super Smash Bros. contestant.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will release for the Nintendo Switch on December 7 of this year. Want to know more about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate?
