Welcome to the latest edition of the DualShockers insta-forum where we ask our community topical questions about what’s going on in the gaming world. We want to know what you, the readers, think!

It's officially Q4! And in the gaming world that means all of those long awaited pre-order's will finally be making their way into our hands.

Now, we've all been there, waiting impatiently on a line, constantly checking the time to see if the clock reads 12 a.m.  However, with digital downloads and sites like Amazon, purchasing and pre-ordering has never been easier.  This seems to be affecting the lines and excitement that normall comes with a midnight release at retail stores like Best Buy and Gamestop. Is it because the downloadable perks from pre-order's are trumping the physical swag, such as a poster, at your local game store?

What do you guys think? Are digital download's killing the traditional midnight releases?  Do you prefer lining up and talking games with fellow enthusiasts so you can own physical copy of a title? Or would you rather sit cozy on your couch without any worries waiting for that much anticipated game to download?

Keep it classy folks!
