While 2020 has taken some very unexpected twists and turns, later this year (seemingly) will still bring the arrival of the next-generation consoles. Microsoft has already shed light on its upcoming Xbox Series X for some time now, but tomorrow officially marks Sony's big debut of its upcoming new console, the PS5. Though we've gotten to know a little bit about what the system will offer, such as its technical specs and the new DualSense controller, this week is most likely the big reveal that we have all been waiting for from Sony's anticipated new console.

As previously announced, Sony is lifting the curtain on its new system with its "PS5: The Future of Gaming" reveal event. While the showcase was originally planned to take place last week, in the wake of protests in response to the death of George Floyd across the world, Sony decided to postpone the event a week later to this coming Thursday.

With the PS5 reveal event just about 24 hours away, we want to turn to the DualShockers community and ask: what are your predictions for the PS5 showcase? What next-gen games or reveals are you hoping to see from Sony's first-party developers, or other third-party studios? What big surprises do you hope to see? Do you think we'll know the price and release date of the new system tomorrow? Will Knack 3 be announced? Let us know in the comments below.

Personally, I'm pretty excited that we'll finally get to know more about the PS5 tomorrow, like I'm sure many of you are. Compared to how much we already know about the Xbox Series X, Sony has been pretty tight-lipped about what to expect from the PS5, maybe to their detriment. That said, I'm hoping that between new information on the system itself and some big reveals of upcoming exclusive titles, tomorrow will be the big showcase that we have been waiting for on Sony's next-gen system. We most likely won't know everything about the system tomorrow, but it's at least a start before its debut sometime this holiday season.

Sony's PlayStation 5 reveal event will be happening tomorrow (Thursday, June 11) at 1pm PT/4pm ET. Stay tuned to DualShockers as the event takes place, as we'll have all the new announcements and information up as it is revealed.
