I don't think there's a single psychotic female villain more beloved by fans than DC's Harley Quinn. Dr Harleen Quinzel will be appearing in the upcoming DC Universe Online and a large amount of screenshots and concept art have been released for her. Harley is sporting her classic outfit and will be fighting alongside Mr. J as usual when DCUO hits stores January 11th, 2011.
