Who Is Nasus?
Essentially, Nasus is a champion in the popular multiplayer battle arena game, League of Legends. Nasus also goes by 'The Curator of the Sands' as well as 'Lost Son of the Desert'.
Nasus's character model heavily resembles Anubis, the Egyptian god of death. Much like Anubis, Nasus is an imposing figure with a jackal head.

Of course, it was never Top5Gaming's intention to fool the internet, as it was even stated in the original tweet that it was simply concept art and not an official promotional image.
But it didn't take long for people to take the image and spread it around the internet as an official promotional image that had leaked. But unfortunately, the rumors are fake and Nasus hasn't been confirmed nor leaked as an upcoming Fortnite skin.
