Dragon Age: Inquisition Is the 2015 D.I.C.E. Awards Game of The Year: Full Winners List Inside

on February 5, 2015 11:41 PM

The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences just held the 2015 edition of the D.I.C.E. Awards, and the Game of the Year has just been announced: it’s Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Given the fact that Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor swept eight awards (some of which I honestly did not expect), I was positive it would grab Game of the Year as well, but the folks at D.I.C.E. managed to pull a fast one on me.

The D.I.C.E. Awards are considered among the most prestigious of their kind. They’re voted by fellow game developers, who tend to have a relevant say on what makes a good game, at least more than a bunch of snotty journos…

Game of The Year is, of course, not the only award presented to many of the best games of 2014. You can find the full list of winners below. I’m saving you from the the large batch of really facepalm-worthy puns. You’re welcome.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
