Yes, there is a Shiny Seel available in Pokemon Go May 2022 Spotlight Hour. Seel is a Water type Pokemon which comes under the Sea Lion category. They are well known for their Defence and Stamina stats, making them a tanky Pokemon.

The game has made it easy for the players to identify the Shiny Pokemon as there is a sparkling effect in the nearby areas where one of them is available. Seel can also be evolved to Dewdong if you have 50 Candies.
