There's not much worse in the world of video games than getting a nice long killstreak or competing in a perfect game, only for the servers to crash.

That seems to be what's happened in the world of Valorant as currently, players seem unable to connect to servers or find any matches.

Here's everything we know about player's questions.

So, Is Valorant Down on March 31?

Players first started noticing some server issues at around 4:30 pm UK/11:30 am ET on Wednesday, March 31.

This then lead the world of Twitter to come together and question what's going on.

Infamous Valorant Leaker, Twitter account ValorLeaks managed to get some proper data on the issue and found that the servers were completely down, saying "they cannot be reached at all."

Website Downdetector also saw a huge spike in reporting that the popular Riot game had gone down.

As far as we can tell, players are being hit with Error Code 62.

What is Error Code 62?

Error Code 62 is described by Riot on the official Valorant website as:

"Something seems to be amiss with your network. Restart the Client. If the problem persists, please /submit a ticket at the bottom of this page."

While it claims to be a problem with the players network, this mass outage makes that seem extremely unlikely.

Has Riot responded yet?

While they've not tweeted anything out yet, players are being greeted with a message when they log into the game.

They say they are "aware of a problem causing log in attempts to fail and are working on a fix"

Unfortunately, they don't say when that fix will be. Hopefully though, with the latest update now live, it won't be too long before they manage to get things sorted!
