After what feels like years of waiting, the latest entry into the Spider-Man franchise, No Way Home, is finally here.

Taking the next steps into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and introducing us to the Multiverse on the big screen, it's safe to say that the movie isn't one to be missed by any Marvel fan.

Now though, with the MCU so broad, spanning TV and Film, those anticipating No Way Home have many questions. One of these questions pertains to another Spider-Man character and Sony property, Venom.

Why Fans Think Venom Could Appear

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage AHEAD:

In the post-credit scene for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Eddie Brock (Venom) is seen sitting in a hotel room. After a brief conversation with his alter-ego, he is transported into what seems to be a different universe.

In this new "universe", J Jonah Jameson is seen unveiling Tom Holland as Spider-Man, which has major implications and suggests that Venom and Eddie have somehow made their way to the MCU.

Is Venom in Spider-Man No Way Home?

WARNING: SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME SPOILERS AHEAD:

So, Eddie Brock/Venom/Tom Hardy doesn't appear in the movie, at least during its regular runtime, however, that's not to say he doesn't appear at all.

During the first of the movie's two post-credits scenes, Eddie is seen drinking in a bar in Mexico, asking the barman about all of the superheroes in the new universe he's in, referencing the likes of Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk before disappearing in a way that is familiar to those who have watched the movie.
