It Takes Two: Where to find the F**k the Oscars Easter Egg
Hazelight Studio’s next title, It Takes Two releases today and as you make your way around the game, be prepared for a funny Josef Fares “F*ck The Oscars” moment.
Back in 2017 at the Video Games Awards, Josef Fares stole the show as Geoff Keighley interviewed the Hazelight Studio Founder about his new co-op title A Way Out.
Fares speech will go down in history as one of the funniest and most honest ever. During his outspoken talk, Fares looked straight at the camera and stated “F**k the Oscars!”.
REACTIONS – Josef Fares, Geoff Keighley and Twitter Reacts to the It Takes Two Metacritic Review Score
For those who can’t get enough of that notorious interview, the newly released It Takes Two will take players back to that moment in an easter egg found within the game. Here’s how you can find it.
Where to find the F**k the Oscars Easter Egg
As Fares has previously said, It Takes Two won’t have any in-game collectables, but they sure as heck make up for it in fun interactive minigames and easter eggs.
To find the “F**k the Oscar’s” Easter Egg, you will need to go to the Pillow Fort chapter and unlock the first anti-gravity shaft. After drifting across to an area that has three portals, complete these and then teleport by going into the gold portal.
From there, you will see a huge tower of pillows. You’ll want to climb to the very top by jumping onto the inflatable toy and then to the desk. From there, you can make your way around to the giant pillows.
When you make it to the very top, you’ll notice a satellite dish. Interact with it and as you turn it, you’ll pick up a broadcast of Fares’ famous speech by facing it towards the south.
