Iwaihime: Matsuri has received a new character trailer for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita port from Nippon Icchi Software.

This new trailer introduces Riria Nunokawa, a popular girl at Susuda Prefectoral High School. She engages in swimming activities as well as teasing other classmates but, like the rest of her peers, she might fall victim to the curse that haunts the school.

From the mind of Ryukishi07 (Higurashi When They Cry and Umineko When They Cry), Iwaihime: Matsuri tells a story of the Susuharia family, whose males leave home at certain age of maturity. The main protagonist, Susuhara Suzumu, is no different, he planned to enter school and then transfer out to begin his training of body and soul until he became accepted as an adult.

However, after meeting a strange girl in class, Toe Kurokami, who carries a Japanese doll around with her everywhere. Susuharia-san is suddenly wrapped up in a deep mystery and chooses not to leave. The doll could be cursed, but that is to be discovered in the game’s story.
