Today Arc System Works released a new trailer of Tantei Jinguji Saburo: Prism of Eyes, the latest chapter of the series known in the west as Jake Hunter Detective Story.

We get to see footage from a couple of the episodes included in the game, and even from the parody episode which comes within the package. Fans will certainly recognize the style, even if the visuals have been renewed for current-generation platforms.

The game has just released in Japan for PS4 and Nintendo Switch today, on August 9th, 2018, courtesy of Arc System Works.

You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy a previous video and screenshots, the opening cutscene, and the first images.

Recently Arc System Works also revealed a prequel titled Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz. It starts Saburo Jinguji’s grandfather and it’s set in New York City. It’s coming for PS4, Switch, and PC in Japan this year.
