Japan gets a Second Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Demo, DLC Tracks Planned

While we North American gamers are still awaiting our first 3DS demo (which we now know will be Resident Evil Revelations), a few have already been released in Japan. Among them is a demo for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, but Square Enix will be releasing yet another demo before the game’s Japanese launch on February 16th.

This news comes via an interview with Tetsuya Nomura in the Japanese magazine Famitsu. If the game is ever localized for a North American release, hopefully both of these demos will proceed it. Furthermore, Squenix will be releasing DLC songs for the game after it is released. This concept is extremely exciting considering there was no way the developers could have fit the entire amazing Final Fantasy discography into a single game. If Tifa’s Theme is in the game, then we need to get started on a petition ASAP.
