The long-awaited CX-9 SMG has finally arrived in Warzone and Modern Warfare. The Call of Duty master himself, JGOD, has revealed the best CX-9 Loadout for Warzone.
With Season 5 of Warzone and Cold War right around the corner, there's sure to be plenty of weapon buffs and nerfs. But, until then it looks like the CX-9 is a solid choice to run in Verdansk or Rebirth Island. Here's JGOD's breakdown of the new weapon and his personal loadout recommendation.

CX-9 Stats & Details
According to JGOD, the new CX-9 has an 8 to 12 shot to kill your opponent in Warzone. This depends on where the shots land. The time to kill also ranges from 412ms to 647ms depending on the accuracy of your shots.
- Head = 8 Shots To Kill (412ms Time To Kill)
- Chest = 11 Shots to Kill (588ms Time To Kill)
- Stomach = 11 Shots To Kill (588ms Time To Kill)
- Limbs = 12 Shots To Kill (647ms Time To Kill)
The CX-9 also has a 17m drop off point, so any opponents further than 17m away will require more shots to kill and have an even longer time to kill. JGOD points out that this is in-line with other SMGs in Warzone.
However, where the new CX-9 will shine is between 10-17m. This is where many of the popular SMGs such as the MP5, MP7 and the new OTS-9 struggle.

How To Unlock The CX-9 In Warzone & Modern Warfare
The new CX-9 SMG was released in Modern Warfare and Warzone on August 3rd, 2021. To unlock the brand new weapon, players must first complete the following challenge:
"Get 2 Longshot Kills while using an SMG in 5 different matches (0/5)"
This challenge can be completed in either Modern Warfare's Multiplayer or in Warzone matches. But, if you don't fancy completing the challenge to unlock the new SMG, there is another way.
Simply head to the Call of Duty store in either Modern Warfare or Warzone and purchase the new Soap Operator Bundle. This new bundle includes a weapon blueprint for the new CX-9 SMG.

Below you will find JGOD's recommendation for the best CX-9 Loadout in Warzone Season 4. It's important to note that JGOD himself does point out that this class can be tweaked slightly for personal play preference, but this is a solid starting point for the new SMG.
