Season 6 of Warzone is right around the corner, and there's expected to be plenty of weapon nerfs and buffs. But whilst we still have a week left of Season 5, check out JGOD's recommendation for an OP SMG Warzone class using the MW AUG.

The AUG SMG from Modern Warfare never really got the love it deserved in Warzone, but with the weapon meta being incredibly well balanced at the moment, JGOD decided to give the AUG another try and found out that it's actually an incredibly viable weapon to use.

Here's everything you need to know about JGOD's recommendation for the AUG SMG in Warzone, including the full class setup.

JGOD Reveals Best MW AUG Loadout For Warzone

In JGOD's most recent YouTube video, the Call of Duty pro broke down all the stats and figures for the classic Modern Warfare AUG SMG.

During his breakdown, JGOD revealed that the AUG from MW is incredibly underrated mainly due to its quick time to kill compared to other SMGs. The MW AUG actually kills within 7 shots regardless of where on the body your shots land. Plus, land any headshots and you'll reduce the time to kill even more.

Within 15 meters, this makes the MW AUG a faster time to kill weapon than the CW MP5 and the OTs9.

Make sure to check out JGOD's full breakdown video, or check out his class recommendation below.

MW AUG Full Class

Below you will find the full class set up from JGOD's latest video for the MW AUG SMG in Warzone.

It's worth noting that JGOD does state that some minor tweaks could be made depending on your playstyle. For those that prefer movement speed over a large magazine, you could swap out the 60 Round Drum for a 30 Round Mag.

  • MUZZLE = Monolothic Suppressor
  • LASER = Tac Laser
  • STOCK = FORGE TAC CQB Comb
  • MAGAZINE = 6 NATO 60-Round Drum
  • REAR GRIP = Stippled Grip Tape
