Jiraiya joins Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker as a new playable character in a new trailer for the Special Master-Ninjutsu Training Vol.1 DLC.

Jiraiya comes with his own unique ninjutsus including Ninja Art: Needle Jizo and Toad Oil Bombs. Needle Jizo defends him from incoming attacks be engulfing him in his own hair and Toad Oil Bombs is a thrown item to cause damage. His special technique is Summoning: Bring Down the House Jutsu in which he summons a giant frog to crush his enemies in an AOE attack.

These ninjutsus will be available for your custom avatar to learn as well if the Special Master-Ninjutsu Training Vol.1 is purchased for $3.99. You can get Jiraiya-themed costumes and weapons in this update, such as a Smoke Pipe weapon, Jiraiya’s hair, hit top and bottom outift, and a Ninja Way T-shirt.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker released on August 31, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and we thought it was a decent fighter in our review. The Season Pass is currently available for $29.99 and will get you a bonus costume set: the Jiraiya costume with Shima and Fukasaku replicas on your shoulders. This will be the first of nine updates coming to the game. You can watch Jiraiya in-action below.
