Today, gaming headset company HyperX has announced that it would be partnering with NBA All-Star and avid gamer Joel Embiid.

According to the press release, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Emiid is now officially a Brand Ambassador for the notable gaming headset company. In addition to the massive partnership, HyperX is now the first gaming brand to form business relationships with the Philadelphia 76ers, a member currently on the team's roster as well as its eSports team, Team Dignitas.

Initially, HyperX formed ties with the 76ers back in October, when it announced that it was the first significant esports brand to sign an NBA partnership by becoming the official gaming headset partner of the 76ers. Of course, the 76ers are not the only NBA team with ties to the gaming peripheral company, back in November HyperX announced a massive partnership with NBA organization Dallas Mavericks to provide resources for its eSports team.

Additionally, HyperX also has extended business relations with the Sacramento Kings’ first-round pick and point guard De’Aaron Fox, Los Angeles Lakers and Echo Fox owner Rick Fox, NBA All-Star and avid gamer Gordon Hayward, Utah Jazz and Detroit Renegades owner Jonas Jerebko.
