After initially being revealed earlier this year, Bithell Games and Good Shepherd Entertainment have today announced the release date for the strategy action game John Wick Hex, and it's coming a lot sooner than you may think.

John Wick Hex will be releasing next month on Tuesday, October 8 and will be coming to both PC and Mac platforms upon arrival. The game will be available exclusively through the Epic Games Store and will retail for $19.99. As of now, no console release plans have been divulged.

We went hands-on with John Wick Hex earlier this year at E3 2019 and came away impressed with it. Even though it is a licensed game, which typically carries a certain stigma with it, we found that John Wick Hex seems to stand on its own while also remaining true to the film counterparts. We also interviewed the game's creator, Mike Bithell, about the process of working on John Wick Hex and how he got involved in the project to begin with.

Below you can check out a new trailer for John Wick Hex that shows off some more gameplay from the project. If you've been wanting to get a general idea of how the game will play, this is a great video to take a look at. Personally, I love the art style on display and even though I'm not a huge strategy game fan, this looks like it could be a ton of fun.

Stay tuned next month as we should be reviewing the game near release and will share our thoughts with you here at DualShockers.
