The good old days of sitting on your couch for a spot of fishing of Bass Pro Shops: The Strike on the Wii seem like a distant memory, don’t they? Wouldn’t it be great to bring those nostalgic moments back? Fret no more, my friend, as according to Amazon Germany this is exactly what is happening.

In the box picture, you can clearly see that it states itself as “the newest edition of Bass Pro Shops‘ fishing games” with a copy of the game and a brand new fishing rod peripheral for the Joy-Con. Placing the fishing rod in one side with the Joy-Con, you will actually feel like a real fisherman or fisherwoman, instead of taking a young child’s eye out when you used to cast with the Wiimote and Nunchuck, you can now do it with a proper rod.

This is a great idea given how popular Bass Pro Shops: The Strike used to be, so updating it for the Switch and including its own fishing rod will bring hours of fun to children and adults alike.

Currently, Amazon Germany is listing the European release for November 2nd  at €59.99  or $67.86
