After 2017's revival movie, the Jumanji franchise is currently sitting on a high. The third movie is coming out this December and now we're also getting a video game. Developed by Outright Games, the game will be out in November and uses the likenesses of The Rock, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan. If this doesn't get a full playthrough on the Jablinski Games' YouTube channel, then something is wrong. Check out the teaser trailer below.

The game is a 3D action adventure game that supports up to four players in local and online co-op. If you can't wrangle three friends, you can use AI teammates to help run through the various perils of the Jumanji world. Each of the four characters - Dr. Bravestone, Ruby, Mouse, and Prof. Oberon - have unique abilities and limitations that should make them play very differently.

There isn't a ton of info included with the teaser or on Outright Games' website. However, the team is promising that no two rounds will be the same. You will also be traveling to a number of locations, including a mountain, city, and jungle. Each location has different enemies, beasts, and traps for you to deal with as you collect the "JEWELS" and save Jumanji.

If I'm being honest, the game doesn't look or sound like much more than a budget tie-in game. And the relatively low quality of Outright Games other releases doesn't give me much hope that this one can buck that trend. That said if they get people like Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Dwayne Johnson in the studio, maybe the game can at least be funny.

Jumanji: The Video Game will be out November 15 on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
