Bakugo of My Hero Academia Gets First Screenshots in Jump Force

Bakugo, Izuku Midoriya's rival from My Hero Academia, is coming to Jump Force as a part of the game's second batch of DLC characters.

Bandai Namco has released the first screenshots of the fourth DLC character coming to their manga crossover fighting game, Jump Force. Bakugo, of My Hero Academia, will be releasing amongst the second batch of DLC characters in August. He also happens to be the third character representing the My Hero series. You can check out all of the screenshots down below.

Jump Force released back in February and it undoubtedly has some of the coolest characters in manga and anime. In May, the game added three additional characters in the form of Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!, All Might from My Hero Academia, and Biscuit Krueger from Hunter X Hunter. With Bakugo, we can expect two additional characters to launch alongside him in August according to the game’s downloadable content schedule. Bandai Namco will reveal them in the coming weeks, however, they did happen to get leaked if you’re interested in spoilers.

Until then, players can expect new updates every month that’ll add free avatar costumes. Additionally, a free stage will be available to all players in August, the Valley of the End from Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden. Individual character DLC can be purchased for $3.99 USD, or you can opt for the game’s character pass which will cost you $29.99 USD. As of right now, we don’t have any timeframe for when the final three characters will be launching. Hopefully, all nine characters will be available before the end of the year.

Jump Force is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For more, you can check out my review of the game.
