Shonen Jump fans rejoice, as Bandai Namco has revealed the release date alongside a brand new trailer for their upcoming Shonen Jump crossover title Jump Force.

The most notable things from the trailer come in the form of two characters. Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star makes his debut alongside Ryo Saeba from City Hunter. Both will be playable fighters in-game.

New characters weren't all that was revealed in the trailer, as previously mentioned, a release date was given as well as a look at the game's box art. Jump Force will launch on February 15, 2019. Furthermore, a new stage was shown, the city of Paris. Shonen Jump characters in Paris? Video games are truly an unbeatable form of art.

Unsurprisingly, the game's cover art will feature Shonen Jump's three biggest protagonists, Naruto Uzumaki of Naruto Shippuden, Monkey D. Luffy of One Piece, and Son Goku of Dragon Ball Z. You can check out the new trailer alongside some screenshots of the cover art down below.

As for the new characters, if you're unfamiliar with them, Fist of the North Star debuted as a manga in Shonen Jump way back in the early 1980s. Kenshiro is the protagonist of that series. Recently, the series got a separate tie-in game released exclusively on PS4, Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise

City Hunter, on the other hand, is likely much less known throughout the Shonen Jump community, especially to younger fans, myself included. Like Fist of the North Star, the series appeared in Shonen Jump back in the mid-1980s. Ryo Saeba is the protagonist of that series.

In case you missed it, playable characters from the Saint Seiya series were recently revealed for Jump Force. Also, Yugi Moto of Yu-Gi-Oh! will be making his fighting game debut alongside a slew of iconic monster cards from that series.

Jump Force will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can pre-order the game over at Amazon right now if you haven't already.
