After being teased and then confirmed throughout November, we finally got a good look at Rurouni Kenshin characters Himura Kenshin and Makoto Shishio in action in Jump Force today via a new gameplay trailer.

As Himura Kenshin is a wandering Samurai, his moveset is clearly based around swordplay. While this may seem tame by Jump Force standards, it still winds up being very flashy. Personally, I think Makoto Shishio looks cooler in both his bandaged up design and playstyle. His flaming sword overall just looks much more bombastic and destructive, which is what I have come to expect and anticipate most out of Jump Force after trying it out at E3.

As I mentioned before, Himura Kenshin and Makoto Shishio have been teased throughout November. They were first teased within an issue of Weekly Shonen Jump before being flat out confirmed in V-Jump later that week. Their western confirmation then came exactly one week ago alongside some screenshots. Following Bandai Namco's teasing of these Rurouni Kenshin characters for a couple weeks, I'm just glad they've finally released a gameplay trailer featuring them. Now we're just waiting on one featuring Cell and Piccolo.
