Avalanche Studios and Square Enix have today released yet another trailer for the open world sequel Just Cause 4 ahead of its release later in the year.

This time around, today’s video focuses entirely on the story of Just Cause 4, which is an aspect of the game that Avalanche has tried to hone in on more recently. Instead of hearing about the story from the mouth’s of the developers, though, this trailer features entirely in-game cutscenes and gameplay footage.

As you probably would expect, there’s plenty of explosions and shooting in this trailer which makes it extremely on-brand for Just Cause. At the same time, we can glean some story details about protagonist Rico Rodriguez and how his history might come into play with the conflict of the narrative.

The new video is attached below if you’d like to check it out. Just Cause 4 is scheduled to release on December 4 for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. If you still haven’t pre-ordered it for yourself yet then fear not, you can still run over to Amazon and reserve your own copy right now.
