Mangakas never get bored writing the love stories of high school students. Kaguya-sama is one such story, but with an interesting twist. The main characters of the show, Kaguya and Miyuki, are not ready to confess their love. In fact, they put each other in such circumstances where the other person is forced to reveal their feelings. This war of love has been going on for a long time, and we are yet to see who will confess their love first.

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 3 Episode 3 Recap
The episode starts with Nagisa, Kaguya, and Miko sitting together, and Nagisa sharing her feeling about getting betrayed by her boyfriend. She says that because her boyfriend was spending too much time with Shijo, she doubts that he is cheating on her. Nagisa says that she also checked his phone but found nothing suspicious, after which she made up her mind to trust him. But then, they both went to the variety store and karaoke together, after which she started to suspect him again.
Nagasa then shows a picture of Tsubasa studying along with Shiju. She says that she tried to help him with his studies a lot, but now that he has found a girl with better grades, he doesn't need her. Finally, Nagisa decides to confront her boyfriend and ask him the truth directly. It turns out that Tsubasa was trying to find an excellent sixth-month anniversary gift for her. Nagisa is overjoyed to see the gift, after which they both kiss.

Maki later confesses to Miyuki and Hayato that she indeed likes Tsubasa, and she wants him to date her instead of Nagisa. Later on, while Miyuki is discussing a group date with his friends, Kaguya overhears him and can't stop thinking about it. Kaguya asks Fujiwara about what happens on a group date, to which she replies that people usually play coin games. Fujiwara then asks everyone to play the game where the participants have to answer a question with yes or no. Keeping the coin faced up means yes, and the other side means no.
Kaguya tries to make Miyuki confess his love for her by asking about the person who has feelings for her. But very cleverly, Miyuki switches the coin. Now it's his turn to expose the culprit who was cheating in the game, but it turns out Yuu and Chika were also cheating.
