Karateka Remake Fights Back in November

Remake of Karateka, the side scrolling karate classic game by Jordan Mechner creator of Prince of Persia, has been given a release date on Xbox’s website. The game is expected to be released on November 14th.

The remake features art from Jeff Matsuda of Batman: The Animated Series fame and music by Christopher Tin of Civilization IV fame. The game is being developed by Liquid Entertainment and published by D3Publisher. Players must fight to save Mariko from the warlord Akuma in this remake of the game.

Gamers who have never played the original game will want to check out this remake of a gaming classic. Until then check out the screens below.
