The Two Guys from Andromeda, Scott Murphy and Mark Crowe, have come back together to start a new Kickstarter campaign.

Back in 1986, Space Quest: The Sarien Encounter became a hit game that was later revamped in 1991 as Space Quest I: Roger Wilco in the Sarien Encounter. The series continued to tell the story of a janitor in space that parodied many sci-fi heroes and pop-culture references.

The goal for the project is to bring a new Space Quest game with up-to-date graphics and more current jokes to poke fun at. There are also already some big name voices lined up such as the voice of GLaDos from Portal, Ellen McLain. Also on the voice acting roster is Rob Paulsen, who was Pinky and Yakko from Animaniacs as well as Raphael from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The total pledge amount is $500,000 and has already reached $158,000+ with twenty-seven more days to go. You can find their official Kickstarter page here.
