New Killer Instinct Gameplay Videos Show New Character Eagle in Action

Eagle shows his moves in Killer Instinct in two new gameplay videos against Shin Hisako and Fulgore.

June 19, 2017

Today Microoft and Iron Galaxy released two new videos showcasing Killer Instinct‘s upcoming new DLC character Eagle in action.

The two videos show the younger brother of Thunder in two matches, the first against Shin Hisako and the second against Fulgore. Two different costumes are also showcased.

Eagle has been mentioned in the franchise since the original game in 1994, but this is the first time that he makes a playable appearance. He fights with a bow and is accompanied by a cybernetic bird of prey.

In the original Killer Instinct, it’s mentioned that Eagle was the winner of the previous tournament, but vanished right after to be converted into the first of the Fulgores by Ultratech.

Killer Instinct is currently available for Windows 10 and Xbox One, and will also be released on Steam this year.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
