Killing Floor 2 to Add Premium Cosmetic Add-on Content

Killing Floor 2 will be going the way of microtransactions soon, the developer has announced.

The change will come via The Trading Floor, an in-game shop from which you’ll be able to purchase add-ons like weapon skins and costumes. Some or most of the items from The Trading Floor will be obtainable in-game for free as a drop. The developer assures fans that all additions will be merely cosmetic and will have no impact on the title’s game-play.

Proceeds from the microtransactions will go back into the game, funding more content such as new locations.
