Killzone: Shadow Fall was debuted as one of the marquee next-gen titles for the PS4, and along with it came a multiplayer mode promising some next-gen thrills and excitement online: luckily, those looking for a more in-depth online experience will be getting that with some updates in the next patch for the game.

Over on the official Killzone website, Victor Zuylen (Community Editor) detailed that clan support will be coming to Guerrilla’s FPS, as Zuylen mentioned that it was “the most requested feature on the Killzone Player Voice feedback system,” and that it will added in the near future with a patch. Zuylen added:

The first phase will arrive with patch 1.09, which is currently slated for an early February release. This phase introduces clan system features to both the game and the website. The patch will add support for displaying clan tags alongside player names in the game, while the website will receive basic clan management functionality – including the ability to create clans, add/remove members and promote members to clan officers.”

Stay tuned for more details on clan support coming to Killzone: Shadow Fall this February, along with additional content like maps and DLC coming in the near future.
