NeocoreGames announces the releasing of King Arthur: The Role-playing Wargame set for November 12th. It will be available for download first, then available as hard copies on a later date. The game will be in various languages thanks to various different publishers whose names have not been released as of right now. Here is how the developers describe the game:
“You – in the role of King Arthur – are destined to unite the warring provinces of Britannia. However, unlike in most strategy games the gameplay is influenced by the RPG elements. Your heroes lead the armies and explore the gradually unfolding, mystical Britannia, go on adventures, while gaining experience, developing new abilities, fighting new battles on ancient battlefields against and with new units, monsters, spells and artifacts.”
How will this game stack up against all the other great and upcoming RTS games and RPGs in the market today? The game sounds and looks pretty promising, but we’ll have to wait and see. The title should be fixed though… King Arthur: The Role-playing Wargame. That’s like naming a game, Super Mario: The Action Platforming Experience.
