King Might Make Mobile Games From Activision and Blizzard’s Top Console and PC IPs

During Activision’s financial conference call, King CEO Riccardo Zacconi talked about the future of the company as part of the Activision Blizzard family after the recently finalized acquisition.

According to Zacconi, the company has “started conversations” with both Activision and Blizzard in order to explore opportunities “even greater games” through its massive player network, combining Activision Blizzard’s top performing console and PC IPs with their mobile expertise.

King is known for its casual games like Candy Crush Saga and its spin-offs, and I would not be surprised if we’ll see mobile games for Call of Duty, Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Skylanders, Starcraft and more popping up in the semi-near future.
