In Warhorse Studios' latest production video for its realistic medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance, we get a glimpse into the brilliant mind and voice behind cinematic legend Brian Blessed.

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Blessed plays the role of Lord Konrad Kyeser, an infamous military engineer (some might say mad scientist) from the 15th Century. In the video, Blessed answers a few questions both about himself and the role he plays in the game, noting that he climbed Mt. Everest at 64-years-old - without oxygen! - and that he feels the same level of challenge and adventure in this project.

Also of note is that Blessed is an accomplished opera singer. You are highly encouraged to at least watch this video at the 1:33 mark, because damn...

When Kingdom Come: Deliverance completed its Kickstarter campaign in February 2014, it had raised well over 400% of its goal. The game is expected to release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One sometime in 2017.
