Kingdom Hearts III released here in the West just a few days back. Despite finally launching after nearly 15 years of waiting though, the package still wasn't complete. That is, until today.

Square Enix made this announcement about a month before release that the final cutscenes for KH3 wouldn't be added until a few days after launch. As of now, both the secret movie and the epilogue have been added to the game. To see both, you'll have to reach the end of the game. In the case of the secret movie, you'll have to accomplish certain requirements to unlock the final viewable sequence.

Kingdom Hearts III director also released a new statement today to accompany the release of the secret movie, but his words were fairly straightforward. "The #KingdomHeartsIII secret movie is now available to download around the world," Nomura said. After explaining how to unlock the movie, Nomura politely said goodbye to fans by simply saying, "See you guys later." Bye, Nomura. Good luck with the Final Fantasy VII Remake.

I'm still rushing to get to the end of Kingdom Hearts III and watch this final movie for myself. Hopefully, I'll have things wrapped up after this weekend.

Kingdom Hearts III is out worldwide right now on PS4 and Xbox One. If you'd like to, you can also check out our review of the game right now.
