Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Japanese Release Date

By Yaris Gutierrez

July 20, 2010

The release date for Kingdom Hearts Re:coded has been set for Japanese Nintendo DS owners. October 7th is the day players will have yet another chance to enter the wondrous world permeated with characters from both the Square Enix and Disney universe.

If you’re wondering when we can expect a Western release of the game, let’s just say that it might be a long bit as nothing has yet been announced for our shores.

Kingdom Hearts Re:coded isn’t a fresh installment to the series. Instead, it’s a remake of the mobile game Kingdome Hearts: Coded. The developer of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, H.a.n.d., will be responsible in ensuring the creation/porting of Re:coded on the Nintendo DS. The success of the game, and quality, is in their… H.a.n.d.s… [cough]
